Best low carb dessert - Panna Cotta. We've been back on a low carb diet for the last month (husband down 15#s, me just 5#s).
This has got to be one of the easiest recipes:
4 TBSP cool water2 1/2 tsp Knox gelatin
3 cups total heavy or whipping cream
1/3 - 1/2 cup granulated Splenda (I started with the 1/2 cup but 1/3 is enough
2 tsp vanilla extract
or
1/2 tsp almond extract
